Chief Financial Officer

This is an application for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at BYCIG. The CFO is responsible for managing and tracking expenses, maintaining financial spreadsheets, preparing and leading financial reports (including Form 990), and more.

This is a highly hands-on and mission-critical role that requires a high level of dedication. While day-to-day responsibilities are manageable, certain periods—such as the end of the fiscal year—will demand significantly greater time and effort.

We will be relying on you in this position, and we expect a serious and sustained commitment from anyone who accepts this responsibility.

Influencer Relations Lead

Connects and builds strong relationships with digital influencers, creators and public figures on social media. Through these connections, the end goal is to have these creators giving us shout-outs which will attract new members

Brand Partnerships Strategist

Identify, research and pitch corporate brands and mission aligned business to partner with the BYCIG. The hope is that the brands we partner with will align with our charitable aspect, giving us great ROI.

Partnership Operations & Analytics Manager

Manage backend logistics, including deadlines, payments, etc. You will develop a reporting system to track creator and brand performance across campaigns. You will provide regular insights and data that will guide our decisions for future partnerships.

Partnership Communications Manager

Manage communications with partnership officials while obtaining updates for current partnership proceedings. Serve as the primary liaison between the Co-Heads and representatives of partners.

Creative Campaign Director

Lead the production of brand and creator-led campaigns. You will coordinate what we want the influencer to say while they give us a shoutout, for example. This will ensure that each campaign reflects positively upon the BYCIG.

Head of Instagram Engagement

Your primary mission is to grow BYCIG’s Instagram presence as our most effective member acquisition tool by creating engaging, high-quality content that allows potential members to connect with the organization on a personal level. This involves developing and executing content strategy, creating visually compelling posts and stories, tracking performance metrics, coordinating with the member acquisition team for conversion optimization, and identifying and developing large-scale brand partnership opportunities on the platform.

Continental Growth Director

Your primary mission is to establish BYCIG as the premier youth financial organization in your designated continental region (LatAm, EMEA, Africa, Asia, Midwest US, South US, West Coast, or East Coast) through comprehensive growth and partnership strategies. This involves developing and executing member recruitment strategies tailored to your region’s unique cultural and educational landscape, building sustainable fundraising pipelines from regional donors, corporations, and foundations, establishing exclusive internship and job placement partnerships with regional financial institutions and corporations, legitimizing BYCIG through strategic relationships with universities, regulatory bodies, and industry associations, and creating region-specific marketing campaigns that resonate with local youth and stakeholder communities.

Campaign Coordinator

The key purpose of this role is to design, coordinate and execute campaigns that immediately drive BYCIG membership growth. You will be working closely with the Head of Member Acquisition, various other team members and perhaps the Head of Events to create campaigns via social media, email, partnerships, and events. You will create campaign calendars, develop compelling content ideas, and ensure all campaign messaging is aligned with the BYCIG brand and growth objectives. You will also be required to track performance metrics, report on campaign ROI, and identify opportunities for optimization.
 

Outreach and Engagement Associate

The key purpose of this role will be to engage potential members, and turn them into actively engaged BYCIG members through outreach and engagement. You will set up connections with new social media followers, new event leads, or other incoming leads. You will reach out to them through direct one-on-one messaging in DMs and emails; informing them of the benefits of being a BYCIG member and directing them through getting a membership. You will work closely with the Head of Member Acquisition and other teammates to ensure all messaging is consistent, effective and collaborative. Finally, you will provide feedback on any common questions, objections, and opportunities on how to improve messaging and techniques. 

Member Growth Analyst

The key purpose of this role is to track, analyze, and report on all member acquisition metrics in order to inform BYCIGs growth strategy. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Member Acquisition and your teammates to define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and evaluate where campaign improvements could be implemented. You’ll also learn to identify, research, and monitor industry trends, competitor growth modalities, and new growth channels so that BYCIG can strategically plan for new methods of member acquisition.

Academic Partner Lead

Your primary mission is to connect with professors, professionals, and experts to help guide course direction and ensure curriculum accuracy. Your responsibilities will include setting up meetings, sharing drafts of course materials, and gathering expert feedback to make sure our content is not only accurate but also practical and of high quality. You’ll help shape course direction based on expert input and emerging trends. This is a great fit for someone confident in reaching out to others, who enjoys networking, and is passionate about learning.

Course Research Analyst

Your primary mission is to help identify relevant course topics, structure outlines, and conduct research on subject content. You’ll assist in developing the foundations for each course. This involves helping to source reliable academic and professional materials, outlining key lessons and concepts, and identifying trends in finance/business education to inform our course direction. 
Strong research skills and attention to detail are crucial.

Instructional Designer Assistant

Your primary mission is to assist with writing scripts, building slides, and shaping lessons based on course outlines. You’ll work alongside the course team to turn research into clear, engaging lessons that make complex topics easy to understand. Whether it’s writing explanations, organizing slides, or brainstorming real-world examples, your job is to make sure our content flows well and actually teaches something. 
This is a great fit for strong writers or anyone who’s passionate about making learning more effective.

Video Production Assistant

Your primary mission is to support video editing and production of recorded lessons or animations. If you have video editing experience or are willing to learn, this role offers the opportunity to work with visuals to create smooth, professional course videos. You’ll help with cutting footage, adding overlays, animations, or captions. However, since videos are created towards the end of the courses, you will assist with course research and instructional design as well.
